As an energy counselor, Anthony works directly with homeowners to help them understand how their home uses energy by identifying and installing low- and no-cost opportunities and measures to save both energy and money.
Kou Yang is CEE's community outreach specialist. He is an independent researcher at Hmong Research Center and worked at Merrill Corporation as a web configuration specialist for many years before joining CEE. He is passionate about green energy, sustainability, and security for the future generation.
He is a seasonal community volunteer and a resources equity advocate. Kou is also Building Science Principles Certified and was a CEE Intern from the CEE Home Energy Career Training program.
Kou holds an Associate’s degree in computer programming from Hennepin Technical College and is working on furthering his education with a degree in computer science and cybersecurity from Metropolitan State University.
As the lending manager for CEE's Lending Center, Brenda underwrites loans and customizes CEE's residential financing packages giving Minnesota homeowners the comfort and flexibility needed when making important home investment decisions.
Brenda has been with CEE since 1998.
As a software engineer, Ariel supports our IT team improving our inhouse system, CEEtrack.
Prior to CEE, Ariel worked for the Minnesota Senate as a programmer analyst, where he worked with the other bodies of the state government to redesign and maintain the senate website. He also gained experience as a computer programmer at Integrity Viking Funds in Minot, North Dakota and was in charge of developing and maintaining existing applications created help generate financial reports. Ariel has experience as a backend developer, having worked on projects including smartphone apps, websites, and custom software for corporations.
Ariel holds a BS in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Minot State University in North Dakota.
