- If you pay your bill to another loan servicing company, please work directly with your lender or the servicing company to discuss bill payment, subordination, and other loan needs.
Subordination is the process of re-ordering your liens, or claims on your assets, like mortgages, so one lender will be paid priority over another. In other words, if you have multiple mortgages on your property and one must be paid first, you can change the order in which your lenders are paid.
If you need to subordinate a CEE loan or would like more information on your loan's subordination policy, contact us below to learn more about your options. Please note: We will not subordinate home equity lines of credit (HELOCs). CEE’s current loan subordination processing fee is $200.00.
Loan satisfaction, also called a lien release, is a legal document provided to a borrower by their lender confirming their loan has been fully repaid. This allows the borrower to remove the lender's lien, or claim, on the asset. In order to fully clear the title and your credit, you must file the loan satisfaction document, typically with your county.
If you need a loan satisfaction document for a loan serviced by CEE, please contact us below.
If you're in debt and not sure what to do next, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) may be able to help. In this article, the FTC shares information on getting out of debt yourself, finding help to get out of debt, and the options you may have related to debt settlement, consolidation, and more.
If you're having trouble repaying your loan or have other concerns about how to manage your money and debts, credit counseling may help. This article from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will explain more.
