As a One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting consultant, Tony assists small to midsize business customers with efficient lighting purchase decisions, and educates customers, contractors, and distributors on the benefits of energy efficient lighting and the opportunities available through One-Stop and other utility rebate programs.

Before CEE, Tony was the regional manager for a LED lighting distributor focused on the retrofit market, and prior to that was at Xcel Energy as the team leader of the Business Solutions Center department focused on educating customers and contractors about the available rebate programs and energy efficiency opportunities at their facilities.

As a member of CEE's refrigeration consulting and One-Stop Efficiency Shop teams, Tyson supports small to midsize businesses by evaluating existing refrigeration and HVAC systems, diagnosing improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations for efficiency upgrades or replacements.

Before CEE, Tyson spent eight years as a commercial sales manager for Batteries Plus Bulbs across Wisconsin and California. He attended Gateway Technical School in Kenosha, WI, with a focus on HVAC and business.

Erik provides training to building operations and management staff in both the public and private sector to improve building operations and maintenance, increase occupant comfort, and reduce energy consumption. Erik is also involved in sales and client relations for the One-Stop Efficiency Shop small business lighting program.

Erik has worked with CEE since 2001. He has over 20 years' experience working in multifamily and commercial buildings. He has performed assessments on over 3,100 buildings, including lighting and lighting controls in the multifamily and small business sectors to evaluate indoor air quality, moisture intrusion, building operations and maintenance, building controls, commissioning, and retro-commissioning options.

In addition to his work at CEE, Erik serves on the board of directors of NALMCO, the International Association of Lighting Management Companies.

As a One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting consultant, Jeff assists small to midsize business customers with efficient lighting purchase decisions, and educates customers, contractors, and distributors on the benefits of energy efficient lighting and the opportunities available through One-Stop and other utility rebate programs.

He has a bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University and has been with CEE since 2013.

As a One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting consultant, Brad assists small business customers with efficient lighting purchase decisions, and educates customers, contractors, and distributors on the benefits of energy efficient lighting and the opportunities available through One-Stop and other utility rebate programs.

Before CEE, Brad worked in the hospitality and tourism industry as an assistant clubhouse manager at Town & Country Club and as a sales representative for a maintenance supply company where he managed over 100 accounts.

Mark developed protocols and conducted assessments for indoor air quality issues, moisture intrusion, building defects, building operations and maintenance practices, building controls, as well as provided building commissioning and retro-commissioning services.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience working in multifamily buildings and has performed assessments on over 1,500 buildings. In that time, he has been responsible for designing, coordinating, and completing commercial and multifamily programs for CenterPoint Energy, Xcel Energy, the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation, and other organizations and private clients.

In addition to his work in commercial buildings, Mark conducts lighting audits and post-installation quality control inspections for the One-Stop Efficiency Shop small business lighting program. He also trains building management, staff, and operators in both the public and private sector on correct operations and maintenance of buildings to increase occupant comfort and decrease energy consumption.

As a client development manager for CEE’s engineering services, Mark initiates business development activities highlighting recommissioning, new construction commissioning, and continuous commissioning services as well as energy studies and certifications to prospective clients.

As a lighting consultant for the One-Stop Efficiency, Mark builds constructive industry relationships to stay abreast of the latest lighting and controls technologies and educates vendors and business owners on practical, energy efficient lighting solutions.

An energy efficiency veteran of more than 15 years, Mark has helped thousands of businesses save on operating costs by optimizing and retrofitting existing equipment. He holds a bachelor’s of applied science from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA with emphasis in finance and strategic management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

As a One-Stop Efficiency Shop HVAC consultant, Taylor works with business owners to evaluate their existing commercial HVAC systems, diagnose issues that are reducing system energy efficiency, and make recommendations for efficiency upgrades.

Before joining CEE, Taylor worked for various Twin Cities HVAC companies in roles such as ductwork and ventilation specialist, commercial HVAC installer, and residential geothermal HVAC service technician. Taylor has an associate’s degree in HVAC technology, from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

As a One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting consultant, Mike assists small business customers with efficient lighting purchase decisions, and educates customers, contractors, and distributors on the benefits of energy efficient lighting and the opportunities available through One-Stop and other utility rebate programs.

As a refrigeration consultant, Chris performs commercial refrigeration assessments for small and midsize businesses like convenience stores, liquor stores, small grocery stores, restaurants, and schools. He helps these businesses implement upgrades by showing energy savings along with available rebates. 

Previously, Chris was a sales consultant for a commercial HVAC/R wholesaler where he sold refrigeration, HVAC equipment, and parts to mechanical contractors, original equipment manufacturers, and end users. He has a technical degree in HVAC from Hennepin Technical College along with a basic electricity degree with NEI.

As a commercial HVAC associate, Ian works on energy audits and direct installations.

Ian's previous roles include an HVAC installer, teacher, corporate presenter, sales manager, mechanical designer, system engineer, director of customer experience, and director of advancement.

Ian earned an applied science's degree from Dunwoody College of Technology and a bachelor's degree from Bethel Mennonite College in Kansas.
