Stay on top of changing energy efficiency requirements

We know energy ratings and certifications can be complicated and difficult to plan for because program requirements are complex and change often. CEE’s experienced new construction consultants are here to share our expertise with affordable housing developers, architects, and builders to help you meet your sustainable building goals. We're offering no-cost training and technical assistance to advance the design and construction of your affordable housing projects.

Our construction expertise

For nearly 25 years, Center for Energy and Environment's New Construction program has offered project guidance to help partners reach key milestones and efficiency goals. Our team of experienced raters and inspectors provides guidance for single-family and multifamily construction projects. We offer preliminary planning support, consulting throughout projects, site visits, energy ratings and certifications, project testing, and utility rebate consulting.
