Stay on top of changing energy efficiency requirements
We know energy ratings and certifications can be complicated and difficult to plan for because program requirements are complex and change often. CEE’s experienced new construction consultants are here to share our expertise with affordable housing developers, architects, and builders to help you meet your sustainable building goals. We're offering no-cost training and technical assistance to advance the design and construction of your affordable housing projects.

Increased efficiency benefits everyone
Create affordable, comfortable, and durable housing that will stand the test of time without negatively impacting your project budget. ENERGY STAR, the Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Homes (ZERH), and passive house ratings and certifications demonstrate a commitment to energy efficient building practices while helping to strengthen local communities.
