As the director of regulatory policy, Audrey works with CEE’s policy team to anticipate, analyze, develop, and advocate for CEE positions in matters before Minnesota’s regulatory agencies and in other public forums. She works closely with experts both within and outside of CEE to assist in setting the strategic direction of CEE policy advocacy, and to develop and effectively communicate CEE’s regulatory positions.
Audrey joined CEE in 2017. Prior to CEE, she worked on energy conservation policy and related regulatory topics at CenterPoint Energy. While at CenterPoint Energy, Audrey also supported municipalities in Minnesota to help them achieve goals related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. This included working extensively with the City of Minneapolis through the Clean Energy Partnership.
Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and a master’s degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
