Shonda is CEE's director of program and business development. She leads CEE's ideation process to vet and develop commercial and industrial programs and serves as the primary contact for new business development with utility clients. Shonda also guides CEE's participation in proposal and interview processes for possible new programs.

Shonda is an experienced program manager with a demonstrated history of working in the renewables and environment industry. Skilled in strategic program development, management, and training, she has co-created and run programs for energy utilities throughout northern Illinois, including ComEd, Peoples Gas, North Shore Gas, and Nicor Gas.

Throughout her career, Shonda has held program and outreach positions at Walker-Miller Energy Services, Franklin Energy Services, CLEAResult, and DNV GL. She holds a BS in organizational leadership from Carroll University.
