As the workforce program manager, Sarah provides strategic direction for the program design and implementation of CEE’s workforce development program. Sarah also manages the workforce development program's relationships with funders, employers, and community-based program partners.

Her previous experience in workforce development includes program design and implementation for career pathways programs in adult education and social service settings. Prior to CEE, Sarah worked at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota serving individuals and families in income qualifying programs.  She holds a B.A. in ESL education, Spanish, and reconciliation studies. In 2021 she earned her Building Science Principles certificate from BPI and continues to enjoy learning more about energy efficiency and home performance. Sarah also holds credentials as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and a Project Management (CPPM) certification from the University of St. Thomas.
