As the Evaluation and Social Science Researcher, Sarah supports the Market Transformation Team through research activities, including research design, data collection and analysis, and insights generation. Before joining CEE, Sarah worked in research, evaluation, and communications positions at two United Nations agencies in Europe and Latin America. She also spent four years conducting user behavior research at Meta. Sarah holds a BA in Spanish from Georgetown University, an MA in Spanish from the University of Virginia, and an MS in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
