As an energy rater, Phil assists with CEE’s multifamily programs, working to make multifamily buildings of all sizes more efficient.

Phil started as an energy counselor in 2016. Previously, he worked as a senior survey research analyst at Food Perspectives, Inc., a market research taste test company. He holds a BS in geography from the University of Minnesota.
