Nora Weber is an evaluation & social science researcher where she supports the Market Transformation Team in evaluating work across the commercial portfolio. Prior to joining CEE, Nora worked in the nonprofit sector conducting program evaluation and research related to education. She also brings experience from the healthcare sector, where she worked in marketing research and evaluation.
