Megan manages Xcel Energy's Partners in Energy program that provides tailored energy planning and strategy implementation for communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She manages a team of people to deliver the program, which engages local stakeholders to create energy plans and project management to help them reach their goals. Megan also supports other programs that foster community-led energy and climate planning.

Megan joined CEE in 2021 and has a background in community facilitation, environmental education, and program coordination. She is trained in Art of Hosting and Technology of Participation facilitation methods. Prior to joining CEE, she worked at a climate nonprofit educating and engaging communities on climate change solutions. Megan holds a BA in biology from the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University.
