She's worked in diverse technical industries developing learning strategy, product training, and coaching/mentoring content. She enjoys leading teams in order to design, deliver, and manage impactful and engaging learning experiences.

Mary earned a Master's Degree in humanities and a Graduate Certificate in instructional design. She holds the CPTD credential: Certified Professional in Talent Development by the Association for Talent Development.
