As a training & development specialist, Lucy designs and develops learning experiences that support the transition to a clean energy future by helping market actors build practical skills and adopt new behaviors. She collaborates with subject matter experts to translate technical content into engaging, accessible learning materials, and supports the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs. Prior to joining CEE, Lucy worked as an instructional designer at Texas A&M University, where she supported online course development, faculty training, and accessibility compliance. She holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology and Applied Learning Science from Carnegie Mellon University (2024) and has a background in psychology and statistics from the University of Minnesota.
