Kessa is an energy advisor with the Home Energy Squad and Electrify Everything. She supports homeowners to complete energy efficiency and electrification projects in both English and Spanish. Common projects include insulation and air sealing, and high efficiency heating and cooling systems such as air source heat pumps. She is passionate about decarbonization and the just energy transition.

Kessa currently serves on the Metro Steering Committee for Clean Energy Resource Teams. She finished her Masters of Public Administration in Sustainability at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Spring 2026.
