Kessa works at CEE as an energy advisor. She supports homeowners to complete energy efficiency and electrification projects after they've received an energy audit. Common projects include insulation and air sealing and installing air source heat pumps. 

She is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Administration in Sustainability at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Kessa is currently serving on the Metro Steering Committee for Clean Energy Resource Teams.
