Based in Colorado Springs, Gabrielle is a member of the Residential Decarbonization team. She’s responsible for business development and implementation of programs in Colorado and Minnesota.

Prior to joining CEE in 2022, Gabrielle gained twelve years of experience in the consulting and utility industries. Gabrielle has held positions at CLEAResult, Consumers Energy, and Black Hills Energy. She specializes in program management, customer experience, communications, income-qualified energy efficiency and assistance programs.

The catalyst for her career was a human-service internship at a non-profit neighborhood center, while earning her BA in psychology from Michigan State University.
