Christy works at CEE as an HR generalist to facilitate HR programs and projects that improve the employee experience and make HR processes more efficient. She provides a comprehensive range of professional-level support by managing and contributing to special projects and by administering impactful HR programs related to onboarding, performance appraisals, employee engagement, and recognition.

Prior to joining CEE, Christy honed her customer service and supervisory skills in the hospitality and multifamily housing industries. She moved into human resources and administrative management in the solar industry and most recently specialized in public housing talent acquisition.
