As an inspector/rater, Andy helps advise new home builders and residential contractors in energy efficient design and home performance applications.

Andy joined the new homes team in 2021 after five years working with the Home Energy Squad. He started working with the Neighborhood Energy Connection in 2016 (prior to the organization’s merger with CEE in 2017) as a volunteer with the Minnesota Conservation Corps. Andy holds a BA in philosophy from St. Olaf College.
