Alison is an energy analyst who supports the ETA team through market research, data cleaning, preparation, and analysis, along with other essential project tasks. Her work primarily focuses on research and analysis related to emerging residential HVAC opportunities and established initiatives, with a particular emphasis on air source heat pumps. Prior to joining CEE, Alison worked as a planning intern with Washington County and as a project development intern with EDF Renewables—experiences that sparked her interest in clean energy and energy efficiency initiatives within communities. She holds a B.S. in economics with a minor in urban infrastructure and environment from the University of Minnesota.
