Arbor is a program coordinator at Center for Energy and Environment (CEE). Since joining CEE in 2020, Arbor has focused on implementing residential time-of-sale energy disclosure in the cities of Minneapolis and Bloomington. Arbor’s work supports additional CEE programs, including the Minnesota Air Source Heat Pump Collaborative and Electrify Everything, through content development, stakeholder engagement, and presentation delivery.

Arbor previously worked in training and education in affordable housing and social service organizations. He earned a BA in psychology and religious studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
