As New Construction Channel Manager at CEE, Tony works to accelerate adoption of high-performance windows among Minnesota's production, custom, and affordable homebuilders. He builds partnerships across the new construction supply chain—builders, window manufacturers, installers, distributors, and trade allies—and leads training, outreach, and business development efforts that grow CEE's pipeline of energy rating, certification, and utility rebate consulting services.
Before moving into market transformation, he spent ten years as an Inspector and Senior Rater at CEE, conducting energy ratings, envelope diagnostics, and quality assurance inspections for new construction and retrofit projects, and helping builders achieve HERS, ENERGY STAR, Phius, and NGBS Green certifications. He started his career as a Residential Energy Specialist and crew leader with Home Energy Squad, including time with Conservation Corps of Minnesota and Iowa.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and is a certified HERS Rater, Phius Certified Rater and Verifier, and NGBS Green Accredited Verifier
