Rabi manages the air source heat pump (ASHP) initiative within the Minnesota Efficient Technology Accelerator (ETA). He also manages the Minnesota ASHP Collaborative, which implements market development strategies from the ETA ASHP initiative to accelerate the adoption of heat pumps in the residential sector.

Prior to joining the market transformation team at CEE, Rabi managed and consulted on a variety of projects focusing on electric vehicles, demand response, and the first non-wires alternative pilot in Minnesota in partnership with Xcel Energy.

Prior to joining CEE in 2017, Rabi worked at Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC) on a variety of projects such as Vermont Solar Pathways, Vermont's Community Energy Dashboard, zero energy modular homes, development of an employee carbon-reduction engagement platform, and management of VEIC's corporate sustainability goals and greenhouse gas accounting. Rabi has a bachelor's and master's degree in environmental studies from Bemidji State University.
