CEE's website is critically important to how we connect people to our energy-saving programs, share the knowledge we've gained through program experience and independent research, and host tools that help achieve our mission. Our main site, mncee.org — alongside numerous program-specific microsites — has served more than 95,000 users, which totals to over 380,000 page views.

For the first time in a decade, CEE invested in an entirely new website, recreated from the bottom up with you in mindThe diverse communities CEE serves experience all sorts of energy challenges in their homes and buildings. Our new site demonstrates that we are here to help you reach your energy goals through a wide range of practical and innovative solutions:

Lending: Some of our most important customers and one of our website's highest traffic areas. This redesign allows loan applicants and clients to estimate their monthly payments through a loan calculator and easily browse city-specific lending programs.

Programs: No matter your knowledge of energy efficiency, we are here to help you reach your energy goals. Contact our energy experts, and we will work to understand your unique situation and set you on the right path.

About Us: As a community-based nonprofit, we're working for you. Discover why we are such an impactful organization, from our ambitious vision and mission to our top-of-the-line staff and customized programs.

Research: Browse our many research projects and read about our current focus areas. Be sure to check out our reports & case studies page where we provide a spectrum of reports, presentations, and other resources based on what we've learned about energy efficiency over decades of research.

Our process to develop this website was lengthy and methodical. Through a thorough discovery process, we gathered information from internal and external stakeholders, studied our website's analytics, and consulted all the best practices related to design, technology, inclusivity, and user experience. To make this all happen, we partnered with an outstanding team at Us Creative Works, a women-owned and -operated web development firm guided by Erika Stenrick and Molly Nutting.

Whether you’re ready to connect with our energy experts or you simply want to dig in and explore, CEE’s website is your resource for all things energy efficiency. Consider the energy challenges that you, your family, your office, and your community face — the resources on our website can help.
