As project coordinator, Mike serves as the primary point of contact for participants in CEE's residential decarbonization programs, guiding them through electrification and weatherization projects while coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth project completion and maximize incentives. 

Mike graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in environmental science, policy, and management with an emphasis on resource management. As a member of the Conservation Corps, he worked as a member of the Home Energy Squad before joining the Neighborhood Energy Connection prior to its 2017 merger with CEE.

As a help desk technician, Mackenzie provides technical support and assistance to CEE staff.

Mackenzie joined CEE in 2019 as an energy counselor with the Home Energy Squad. Before CEE, they were a park operations intern at Whitewater State Park. Mackenzie received their bachelor's in environmental studies from St. Cloud State University.
