Loans for Your Customers
When you recommend CEE’s financing to your customers, you set them — and yourself — up for success. CEE’s expert lending team will work with your customers to quickly find a loan that they’re comfortable using for your project together. We also won’t charge you a dealer service fee as the contractor, making it a win-win.
Get Started
For your customers to use our loans, you must be licensed with the Minnesota Department of Labor or registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State for non-permitted work. They must live in Minnesota, though your business may be based anywhere. Contact us and we’ll share an agreement with you to use our logo and information with your customers. It’s as easy as one, two, three.
What to Expect
It’s simple to recommend CEE to your customers. Once you’ve shared your estimate, your customer can easily apply for their loan on our website. We’ll use that information to determine their eligibility and help them quickly move forward on their project. Loan approval is subject to program guidelines. City and Minneapolis neighborhood loan programs pay upon project completion; our other loan programs pay the customer directly at closing. Rates and terms are subject to change. No Pre-Payment Penalties or Dealer Fees
At CEE, it’s important to us to make our programs work for our borrowers and the contractors who recommend us. That’s why we don’t charge pre-payment fees to borrowers or dealer fees to contractors.
Several Available Loans
We work with Minnesota Housing Financing Agency (MHFA), City governments, and Minneapolis neighborhood associations to provide our programs. We offer home improvement, home energy, solar energy, air source heat pump (ASHP) energy, and community programs.
Flexible Terms
Depending on the project your customer is interested in, we offer loans with flexible terms to meet their needs. Secured and unsecured programs are available, as are programs without income limits. We have something for everyone. Rates and terms are subject to change.
