Kristen Funk oversees CEE’s portfolio of commercial energy efficiency and fuel-switching programs and services. She leads teams that provide technical assistance, energy assessments, engineering support, and incentive program implementation for businesses, multifamily properties, schools, municipalities, and other commercial building owners throughout Minnesota. Kristen joined CEE in 1996 and has extensive experience in energy efficiency program design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a BA in international studies from St. Norbert College and a master's degree in international affairs from Columbia University.
