Welma is an experienced talent acquisition specialist with expertise in full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and hiring strategy. She partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advance equitable and inclusive hiring practices, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.

Prior to joining CEE, Welma supported mission-driven hiring efforts as a talent acquisition specialist at CommonBond Communities and Sevita Health. She also held a supervisory role at The Home Depot, supporting the Exterior Home Service Installation team. Welma holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is passionate about connecting people to purposeful work.
