Energy Code Compliance Testing

The new Minnesota residential energy code took effect in February 2015. We test and provide support to ensure your new construction is Minnesota energy code compliant, including:

  • duct tightness testing,
  • blower door testing on building envelope tightness, and
  • strategic consultation and prep work to help you pass diagnostic tests.

CEE is a participant in the Minnesota Energy Code Compliance Collaborative, which brings together builders, contractors, code officials, state agencies, energy raters and companies, and energy advocates to address specific issues related to energy code compliance.
