Open invitation to the first e21 Forum of 2018, taking place on Tuesday, March 20 (1:30 - 6:00). The forum will feature a presentation by Sue Tierney of Analysis Group on the evolution of utility and regulatory reform in the U.S., followed by a discussion about what that evolution means for Minnesota.
