CEE earns an ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Market Leader Award

Center for Energy and Environment has earned an ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Market Leader Award in recognition of its continued commitment to providing our nation's homebuyers with ENERGY STAR certified homes. This award recognizes CEE's work in promoting energy efficient construction and helping home buyers experience the peace of mind, quality, comfort, and value that come with living in an ENERGY STAR certified home.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recognizes Center for Energy and Environment for its outstanding commitment to energy-efficient new homes and for contributing 104 ENERGY STAR certified homes in 2019. This is equivalent to: unnamed-(2).png

  • Reducing CO2 emissions by 152 metric tons 

  • Growing 2,517 tree seedlings for 10 years

  • Avoiding the consumption of 354 barrels of oil

  • ​Removing 33 passenger vehicles from the road

CEE has been an ENERGY STAR New Homes partner since 2011 and has contributed to the 9,708 ENERGY STAR certified homes built to date in Minnesota. We are honored to receive this acknowledgment.
