Xcel Energy's Partners in Energy Program is working with St. Paul to promote low-income Home Energy Squad visits. In collaboration with national partners Brendle Group, and VEIC, CEE implements the Partners in Energy program in Minnesota and Wisconsin for Xcel Energy.

Xcel Energy is working with the City of St. Paul to offer home energy consultations free for low- to moderate-income residents.
Qualified professionals will visit houses and apartment units to determine what products and services are best suited for the residence.
For those who fall within income limits, the Home Energy Squad offers free products and installation, including upgraded showerheads, programmable thermostats, kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators and weather-stripping for doors and attic hatches...
