As the senior manager of community planning, Marisa directs CEE's community planning and program implementation work, maintaining long-term strategic vision for our programs to ensure they align with CEE's mission and priorities. 

Understanding local processes and equitable engagement, Marisa facilitates processes to create customized, actionable plans and policies to increase energy efficiency, support renewable energy, and electrify buildings and transportation.

Marisa has been with CEE since 2018. Prior to CEE, Marisa worked as the community development coordinator for the City of Eden Prairie and as a program manager for the National Community Stabilization Trust.

Marisa holds a BA in geography and urban studies from the University of Minnesota.
