As an energy codes program manager on the market transformation team, Grace manages the implementation of several components of CEE’s energy codes work. This includes commercial energy codes compliance support primarily focused on training and technical support for code officials and design teams. In addition, Grace supports the development of ETA initiative energy codes strategy, identifying activities to support initiatives in achieving their desired end state as it relates to energy code. Grace manages the compliance elements and supports the overall project management of the DOE funded Minnesota Advanced Energy Codes Partnership, and manages the Community Code Support program on behalf of Xcel Energy and CenterPoint Energy. 

Grace joined CEE in 2020. Prior to CEE she worked on the solar team at Energy Trust of Oregon in Portland, OR, and as a fire protection engineer in Bozeman, MT. Grace has a BS in chemical engineering from Montana State University and is an ICC certified energy code plans examiner.
