This month, we highlight important hirings in our residential and commercial programs, policy, human resources, administration, and communications teams.
Bruce Gerth, Marketing Manager. Bruce's background includes developing marketing strategies, brand architecture, and integrated campaigns to steward social responsibility for utilities, government agencies, academia, and community organizations. He has brought sustainability-based marketing strategies to life for respected brands from P&G to Brita, Green Giant, and more. In his seven years at the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Bruce's work was recognized with an EPA Beacon Award for Innovation and a Marketing Project of the Year Award from Electric Light & Power. At CEE, Bruce manages marketing efforts to increase the impact of existing services and develop new programs.
Drew Kreutner, Sales Support Specialist. Before coming to CEE, Drew worked as an order picker for Staples office supply store, where he fulfilled online orders for regional businesses. Drew attended college at Bemidji State University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in environmental studies. As a sales support specialist working in the One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting department, Drew works with contractors to create proposals and invoices for small- to medium-size businesses who are interested in upgrading their lighting for greater efficiency.
Danielle Ingvalson, Scheduling Assistant. Before coming to CEE, Danielle's jobs included working at a tea house and at a fine art studio, where she served as an assistant. At St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Danielle's education focused on Women's Studies and Public Heath. At CEE, she works as a scheduling assistant for the Home Energy Squad program. For homeowners looking to start their energy efficiency improvement process, calling Danielle is the first step.
Shannon Langenfeld, Office & Administrative Specialist. Prior to joining CEE, Shannon worked in various office management positions across the Twin Cities, and brings more than 10 years of administrative experience to her current role. Shannon holds a bachelor of arts degree in environmental justice from Metropolitan State University. As office and administrative specialist at CEE, Shannon is responsible for day-to-day administrative support and management of the facility and operations at CEE's St. Paul location.
Andrew Olson, Energy Counselor. Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, with a bachelor of science degree in organizational communication, and a minor in environmental studies. Before joining the team at CEE, Andrew gained experience working in the distribution and general contracting sectors. Today Andrew is an energy counselor with the Home Energy Squad Program. As an energy counselor, he works with homeowners to identify opportunities to install energy saving products, as well as providing insight into potential energy saving measures to implement around the home.
David Olson, Sales Support Specialist. Before David joined CEE, he spent a year specializing in administering residential rebates at Xcel Energy. David graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, with a B.A. in political science and a minor in history. At CEE, David is a sales support specialist for the One-Stop Efficiency Shop lighting and rooftop unit rebate program. He works with vendors, customers, and One-Stop staff to calculate rebates and process invoices.
Audrey Partridge, Regulatory Policy Manager. Prior to CEE, Audrey focused on energy conservation policy and related regulatory topics at CenterPoint Energy. At CenterPoint, Audrey supported Minnesota municipalities to achieve energy efficiency and renewable energy goals, including extensive work with the City of Minneapolis through the Clean Energy Partnership. Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree at Macalester College, and a master’s degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. As regulatory policy manager, Audrey analyzes and advocates for regulatory outcomes that advance clean energy strategies.
Lecam Trang, Office & Administrative Specialist. Before joining CEE, Lecam worked with Twin Cities nonprofits such as Mercy International Mission, the Minnesota Literacy Council, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Heart of Dance Minnesota. Her nonprofit work ranged from office management to website management, copy editing, banquet planning, and participant recruiting. As office and administrative specialist, Lecam is responsible for the management of facilities at CEE's Minneapolis location, including managing building access, security, office equipment, and the reception desk.
Samuel Wagner, Energy Counselor. Before CEE, Sam worked in a sales position for ID badge systems, and also ran his own granite countertop shop. He received his bachelor of arts degree in geoscience from Winona State University, with a focus on environmental reclamation. Now Sam is an energy counselor for the Home Energy Squad. As an energy counselor, he is responsible for prioritizing educational discussions with home owners while conducting operational changes and product installations during in-home energy audits.
