Julie is responsible for the oversight and management of the human resources function of CEE, including staffing, organizational development, employee retention, benefits, compliance, and payroll administration. She works with all levels of the organization to facilitate and oversee HR best practices and processes to support CEE's operational needs, as well as ensure proper implementation of CEE's HR strategies which complement its nonprofit mission.
Prior to joining CEE, Julie spent time in progressive Human Resources Leadership in the industries of higher education, food manufacturing, and managed telecommunications/video conferencing. Julie holds a B.S.B. in Human Resources and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, an M.B.A./HR from the University of Phoenix, and a M.M./HR from the University of Phoenix.
