As a Helpdesk Technician, Joshua is fundamental in ensuring all CEE employees technical issues are handled in a quick and efficient manner. He comes from an IT background: working for multiple managed services providers in the small/medium business arena. He completed his AAS in Computer Support from Ridgewater College in 2015 and has been awarded certifications from industry leaders to further his education in the IT field.
