Isaac Smith has been with CEE since 2011. He is currently a Residential Program Development Manager, where he develops energy efficiency program designs and oversees the implementation of pilot programs. Previously Isaac managed CEE’s direct install and audit program, Home Energy Squad (HES), that completes 8,000 home visits annually. Prior to HES, Isaac managed a contractor quality assurance program and developed CEE’s Energy Score for existing homes, which is used in HES. In addition to his management experience, Isaac has a deep understanding of technical efficiency issues, and serves as an advisor to the City of Minneapolis for their time of listing energy disclosure policy.
Isaac has a B.S. in Residential Building Science and minor in Corporate Environmental Management from the University of Minnesota. He is also the on the board and President of the Minnesota Building Performance Association (mbpa.us).
