Ashly McFarlane has been with CEE since 2018. As the Multifamily Program Manager, Ashly manages the delivery of utility and city multifamily programs at CEE. Ashly helps building owners and managers identify and implement energy saving opportunities and access utility rebates and city funding. She has over 8 years of experience supporting energy efficiency and sustainability programs. Ashly began her career in energy efficiency at an energy management consulting firm based in Virginia where she supported various energy efficiency programs for the private and federal clients. She also held the role of Research Manager for the Sustainable Health Cities Network at University of Minnesota. She has a bachelors in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MS in atmospheric sciences from the University of Washington.
