CEE has been significantly involved in working the Minnesota’s municipal utilities to assist them in meeting their statutory requirements and capturing benefits for their ratepayers.

In particular, CEE worked with the Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association to help their members address changes in CIP language. Below are resources for municipals to use in the ongoing design and administration of CIP programs.
