The Community Fix-Up Fund offers a slightly lower interest rate to homeowners based upon the geographic location of their property and provides funding for virtually any type of home improvement.

Community Fix-Up Loan Application - Complete the application and send it to CEE Financial Resources at 212 3rd Avenue North, Suite 560, Minneapolis, MN 55401.

Contractor Warranty - Once you have selected your contractors have them sign the contractor warranty and send it to CEE Financial Resources at 212 3rd Avenue North, Suite 560, Minneapolis, MN 55401.

Maximum loan amount is $35,000

Maximum term 20 years
All loans will be secured by a mortgage

Eligible Borrowers

Gross annual household income of $93,100 or less
Borrowers must own the property or be purchasing it through a mortgage or contract for deed

Proof of Income

If you are employed submit copys of your two most recent paystubs.
If you are retired submit a copy of your social security benefits or pension.
If you are self-employed submit copies Federal Tax Returns for the last 2 years.

Eligible Improvements

Most improvements are eligible, interior or exterior maintenance or remodeling.
Applicants must provide bids for each improvement project.

Owner-occupied, 1-4 unit properties
Up to 49% of the residence may be used for business
Property must be a completed structure
