Kristen manages the One-Stop Efficiency Shop, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure the program meets annual energy savings goals. The program provides lighting audits and rebates to small and medium-sized commercial customers in Minnesota Xcel Energy service territory. Kristen has a B.A. in International Studies from St. Norbert College and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University.
