Judy Thommes

As Marketing Manager for CEE, Judy coordinates the marketing for CEE and each of its programs including the Minnesota Energy Challenge, Community Energy Services, the Sound Insulation Program, commissioning/ recommissioning, lighting, single family, indoor air quality, as well as the marketing of 25 neighborhood and 35 city loan programs.  In addition to her marketing duties, Judy also spends a large portion of her time representing CEE and its mission by meeting with communities and organizations around the state.  Her primary focus is to teach them about energy conservation and helping them develop programs that reduce the energy use of their residents and members. 

Judy has a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota.
