Since joining Center for Energy and Environment in 1994, Jim has worked extensively administering and underwriting CEE’s home improvement financing programs in the residential, commercial and nonprofit sectors, including the Xcel Small Business Lighting Program, The CEE Energy Savings Fund and Grant Programs for nonprofit organizations, the Minneapolis Energy Efficiency Loan and Grant Program and the CEE Statewide Commercial Loan Program. Jim has a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
