Jim Fitzgerald has over 30 years of field experience implementing quality insulation and air leakage management practices for existing homes. He was most recently director of building diagnostics for Conservation Services Group (CSG) and also provided consulting services and contractor-training sessions in conjunction with the MN Builders Assn. on new stucco homes with moisture problems. He began work in this field as an insulation contractor.
