As the Director of the Metropolitan Airports Commission’s Noise Mitigation Program, Chuck has been responsible for all aspects of installing noise mitigation treatments in homes around the airport. He administers and executes the Program with a staff of 18 employees.
Chuck retired from the United States Army as a Corps of Engineer officer after twenty years of service and has been working for the Center for Energy and Environment since 1995. Chuck has a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
