Neighborhood Revitalization Program

CEE works with the Minneapolis Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) to improve residential properties in over 30 Minneapolis neighborhoods. To date, CEE has originated nearly $20 million in NRP home improvement loans. In addition to fixed, flexible terms, all NRP home improvement programs also offer rehabilitation counseling. CEE provides all services necessary to deliver a comprehensive NRP program for participating neighborhood organizations.

City of Minneapolis Energy Efficiency Business Loan & Grant Program
