New Partnership with Will Steger Foundation

The Center for Energy and Environment is excited to announce a new partnership with the Will Steger Foundation to support the Youth Environmental Activists of Minnesota (YEA! MN). YEA! MN connects youth and environmental clubs across the Twin Cities Metro area to "facilitate shared skills and strategies and take coordinated action on environmental sustainability." With a focus on hands-on leadership training, student-led facilitation and peer mentorship, YEA! MN provides emerging environmental leaders with practical training, personal empowerment and a network of support.
CEE will support YEA! MN students and organizers as they embark on a three-year energy efficiency campaign effort coordinated by Energy Challenge Intern Emma Shriver.
